Switching to Buuked from another booking app?

1. Sign in to Fresha and open Clients, then your client list
2. Click Options, then Export, and choose CSV
3. The file downloads to your computer, usually into your Downloads folder

3. Choose Export Customers. Setmore emails the file to the account owner, so check that inbox

2. Go to Customers and open your customer directory
3. Choose the option to export your customers and download the file

1. Sign in as the account owner (only the owner can export clients)
2. Go to Customer, then Customer List, and click Run Report
3. Click Export, then Excel. Buuked can read the Excel file as it is

Look on the Clients or Customers page for Export or Download. It is sometimes inside a menu or under Reports.

If you can't find it, ask the app's support team to send you your client list as a CSV or Excel file. Most apps will do this for you.

For a handful of regulars, open Clients in Buuked and tap Add a client.

For a longer list, type your clients into a spreadsheet with the columns Name, Phone, Email and Notes, save it as CSV, then import it. You can start from our template.

No. Importing doesn't send anything. Your clients only hear from Buuked about bookings they make with you, like their confirmation and reminder emails.

Each client's name, phone number and email, plus their notes and the date they became your client if your file has them. Whatever details your file has for each client are saved, so it's fine if some clients only have a name or only a phone number. Past appointments and payments stay in your old app.

Buuked matches clients by email and phone number and skips anyone who is already on your list. You can import again later without making copies.

Add them in My calendar with Add a booking, so all your bookings are in one place. Start typing a client's name and their phone and email fill in for you.

Yes. Only you can see your clients. Your file is read on your own device, and only the names and details you choose are saved. You can download your list or remove a client at any time.

Up to 5,000 in one file, and 10,000 in total. If your list is bigger, split it into two files.
