1What Buuked is
Buuked is an online platform that lets you create a booking page for your business, list your services and prices, display a portfolio of your work, and accept bookings from your customers. You share your page via a unique link (buuked.me/yourname) and your customers can view your services and book directly.
Buuked is a trading name of RFK Professional Services Limited, registered in England and Wales (company number 16869359). Registered office: 204 Winsford Avenue, Coventry, West Midlands, CV5 9NB. When these terms say "we" or "us", they mean RFK Professional Services Limited.
2Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create a Buuked account. The information you provide must be accurate and up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
3Your content
You own the content you upload to Buuked, including your business name, service descriptions, portfolio images, and any other information you add to your page. By uploading content, you give Buuked permission to display it on your booking page and use it to deliver the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any images or content you upload. You must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, misleading, or infringes on anyone else's rights.
Your clients' details. If you add clients to Buuked or import a client list, you must only add people you have a genuine business relationship with, and you are responsible for having the right to keep their details under data protection law. Buuked stores these details on your behalf so you can manage your bookings. We won't contact your clients except about bookings they make with you, and you can download or delete their details at any time.
4Free and paid plans
Buuked offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan. The free plan includes a booking page with services, a portfolio, up to 3 online bookings a month, and deposits and payments. The Pro plan costs £7.99 per month or £85.99 per year in the UK, and $9.99 per month or $107.99 per year everywhere else, and includes additional features as described on the pricing page. The price that applies to you is shown before you pay.
5Payment and billing
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose. Payment is processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise Buuked to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and your Pro features will remain active until the end of your current billing period, at which point your account reverts to the free plan.
6Customer payments
If you accept payments through your Buuked page (deposits or full payment), these are processed through your own Stripe account via Stripe Connect. Buuked does not hold or process customer funds directly. You are responsible for any refunds, disputes, or chargebacks related to payments you receive through Stripe. Standard Stripe processing fees apply and are set by Stripe, not by Buuked.
You can also share your own payment details, such as bank transfer, PayPal or Cash App, so customers can pay you directly. These payments happen outside Buuked, and you are responsible for them, including any refunds or disputes.
7Cancellation
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. There are no cancellation fees. Your Pro features will stay active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that, your page reverts to the free plan and remains live with free-tier features. You can delete your account entirely at any time by emailing hello@buuked.me.
8Acceptable use
You agree not to use Buuked to promote illegal services or activities, impersonate another person or business, upload harmful, offensive, or misleading content, attempt to access other users' accounts or data, or use the platform in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that breach these terms.
9Availability and changes
We aim to keep Buuked available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update features, pricing, or these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes to pricing, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email. Changes to these terms take effect when posted on this page.
10Liability
Buuked is provided "as is." We do our best to keep the platform reliable and secure, but we do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any loss of bookings, revenue, or data arising from your use of the platform, beyond the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
